NACCC 2011 Action Shots

This years NACCC was awesome, really well organized and put together, hats off to all that helped throw it! It was really good to see a lot of my friends and as always, meet some new ones.
Throughout the next couple of weeks I will be posting my NACCC coverage.
Stay tuned

My friend Josh having a refreshment during the race!

The lead group and paparazzi!

A guy I've seen at the past 4 NACCC's, Damien. This year was the first year I got to chat with him. Super nice guy and great photographer. Check his work here:
And here:

Billy Souphorse was handing out Pringles to racers, Danny was game!
Jason Clary was stunnin' on em with a wheelie chip grab.

As always, Crihs had his game face on. He was ridinh the new Continuum road bike, handmade in Italy.
Crihs is also a talented photohrapher, check his blog out here:

Janessa was killing it out there!

Chris lee keeping it classy as always.

Chas  and a old school legend getting in the zone.

This years course was on a motor speedway, super smooth and fast. If any future cities have this style of raceway I would suggest trying to get the permits to rent them out. Super easy to obtain and plenty of room for everybody.

Williamsburg Bridge art project

Like many NYC cyclist, I ride this bridge a lot. While the view is beautiful its nice to see art work on the bridge to keep it interesting and mix things up. I've done my fair share of painting on this bridge, check out a groups latest take on the subject.

NACCC 2011 Black & White

I just got a roll of film back from my recent trip to Austin Texas for the 2011 NACCC
Click on photo to enjoy full size.

Jeff O'neil from Philly came out to race.

here we have the start, the racers had to run to their bikes classic Le Mans style.

I was making my rounds to most of the checkpoints, here we have Billy " souphorse" handing out snacks during the race. Pickle Pringles!

My homie Josh came out from Atlanta rocking this badass vest, we used to work together in Seattle.

Crihs Thorman came out from NYC with his new Continuum road bike, this year I saw the most amount  of road bikes I've seen at any NACCC.

One of the cleanest Merckx I've seen in person in a long time! Loving the t shirt as well

Team awesome was in effect heckling at the qualifier.
My friend Mathew's Cannondale track.
Riding back from the race my friend Andrew and I ran into Jason! Luckily we got away just in time.

This was the main road getting to and from the race course, probably the most bikes the road has ever seen.

I have a ton more content from this years NACCC and will be posting it through the next couple of weeks. Thanks to everybody in Austin who made it happen!

Red Hook Crit Milan

 Trimble Racing on Vimeo.

This years Red Hook Crit.
This year they decided to add a running race as well. It's all endurance.
The field looked so fast! Crazy to see disc wheels and pro gear, the race has come a long way and I'm stoked to see all the hard work Dave Trimble is putting in.

Be sure to check out the site for more info, history and option to donate.

Black & White Film

I started to shoot black and white film again, this is the first of many rolls to come.
On a side note I will be posting a lot more often as well.
(As always click on photo to enjoy full size.)

A hurricane recently made it's way through NYC, these signs were barely hanging on afterward.

My parents were in town so I took them on the Circle Line cruise around the island, I was really happy with this shot of the Statue of Liberty.

Quick test shot, my two road bikes and Mary's Daccordi funny bike.

Wooster street social club had a show with a bunch of old school graffiti legends.

After the show, Mary and I took a walk through Little Italy for gelato and biscotti.

Always a fan of sticker cover ups, really stoked to see the 12oz crew is still at it. I remember buying their magazines when I was 15.

A hidden gem in NYC, my mom collects sea glass so I brought her here. She was blown away, if you wanna check this place out message me and I'll point you in the right direction.

I know, the classic black and white bridge shot, I really like the angles and lines of the Williamsburg Bridge and contrast of the factory's in the back round. Something that will change very drastically soon as they are going to be replaced with high rise residential buildings.

Check back soon as I will be trying to post everyday.
