It's been a while since I've posted, a lot has been going on but I've been shooting the whole time so keep checking back. This past weekend was the T-Town Spring swap, I ran into a kid named Jack who asked if I was going to post anymore? While I often forget that anybody actually pays attention to this blog, the answer is yes and thanks for the introduction. Here is a start to getting back on TRACK.
While at the swap my good friend Armando from Quiros http://www.quiroscustomframes.com was there and on top of all his other projects, just restored this Yamaguchi track bike. Armando was taught to build by the master himself so repainting a frame that a gold medal was obtained on must have been gratifying . Armando swung by the bike shop after the swap to catch up and chat about future projects. King Kog is now an exclusive Quiros dealer. We are offering a 600-800$ custom lugged single speed or track frame and fork also hand painted by Armando himself. If interested feel free to contact me.
Great meeting you dude! That Yamaguchi was a show-stopper. I dig the shop visit John just posted on King Kog, I'll definitely have to get up there sometime this summer. I'm stoked to get this De Bernardi built up right, I plan on taking it to bike revs come payday this week. I'll be sure to send you some photos once I'm done. Thanks again!
